Four fire crews alerted to barn fire in Ipswich Road, Harkstead, near Ipswich

Four fire crews were called to reports of a barn fire in a Suffolk village.

Suffolk Fire and Rescue were alerted to Ipswich Road, Harkstead, south of Ipswich, just before 4.30pm.

Firefighters from Ipswich East, Woodbridge, Princes Street and Holbrook are currently tackling the blaze.

It is unknown if anyone has suffered any injuries.

The incident is ongoing.
