Ipswich MP Tom Hunt praises Ipswich Town Football Club in the Commons

Ipswich Town has received praise from Ed Sheeran, legions of fans and now… Parliament.

Tom Hunt, Ipswich MP and avid Town supporter, stood up in the House of Commons this afternoon to make sure the club’s journey back to the Premier League got the praise it deserved.

In a Facebook post, Mr Hunt said: “Had to be done. Formally raised in the Commons Chamber today Ipswich Town’s remarkable achievement over the past two seasons and what this means for the Town.”
