Existing tenants at the site, Hillfort Law, The Co-operative Bank, Central Canteen and St Elizabeth Hospice’s Zest store, remain unaffected by the sale.

The deal was managed by Penn Commercial, which described it as an investment sale, and will now take on the role of managing agent to fill vacant units.

Paul Keen, senior negotiator at Penn Commercial, said: “We are very pleased to have acted in the sale of the major investment of Queens House to Sandpit Systems and to manage the property going forward.”
