Man assaulted in Queen Street Ipswich after argument between cyclist and van driver

A man was reportedly assaulted in a Suffolk town following an argument between a cyclist and a motorist.

The incident took place in Queen Street, Ipswich, on Wednesday at around 8.25am.

An altercation took place between a man on a bicycle and a van driver.

Police are appealing for witnesses and ask anyone with any information, including images or dash-camera footage, to contact Suffolk Police, quoting crime reference number 37/28501/22, via the police website or by quoting 101.
