New tenant sought for former bowls club building in Chantry Park, Ipswich




A new tenant is being sought for a former bowls club building in a park in a Suffolk town.

Ipswich Borough Council is looking for a tenant at the building in Chantry Park, Ipswich, which would suit a variety of uses such as a café or an alternative recreational use.

The building extends to 883 sq ft and features a customer seating area and a small kitchen with a shuttered window, with the potential of being used as a service counter and toilets.

A spokesperson for Ipswich Borough Council said the lease also includes a grassed area extending to 27,302 sq ft.
