One person injured after two-vehicle crash in Redgate Lane, Wherstead, near Ipswich

One person was injured after a two-vehicle crash near a Suffolk village.
Police were called to a collision between a car and a van in Redgate Lane, Wherstead, just after 9am.
Ambulance and two fire crews from Ipswich East and Princess Street were also at the scene.
Firefighters helped to remove one person who was trapped in their vehicle.
They were left in the care of the paramedics.
According to a police spokesperson, the injuries of one of the drivers are not believed to be life threatening or changing.
Recovery has arrived at the scene.
