LEARN MOREGreat British Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood will no longer be bringing his show to Ipswich later this year as his nationwide tour has been cancelled.
The celebrity chef had been set to grace the stage at Ipswich Regent Theatre in November as part of his Paul Hollywood Live tour across 18 towns and cities.
But today it has been confirmed that the show, which was set to come to the town on Monday, November 7, has been called off.
In a statement to ticket-holders, organisers said: "Unfortunately due to circumstances beyond either Paul's or Cuffe & Taylor's control, and despite the best efforts of all those involved, we have sadly had to cancel Paul's forthcoming tour.
"We are all very sorry that this has had to happen".
Paul Hollywood Live was set to entertain audiences with live demonstrations, baking tasks and some 'very special surprises'.
According to the Ipswich Theatres website, as soon as it knows that a show has been cancelled, ticket holders will be contacted directly.
