On the podcast today we hear that carers in Suffolk have been unable to provide urgent care to some of the county’s most vulnerable residents following a weekend of petrol station chaos.

Fights broke out at Newmarket's Rowley Mile racecourse at the weekend, with one man being seen picking up a crowd control divider as if he was going to use it.

Finally, we have the latest on Aldi's plans to open four new Suffolk stores in Sudbury, Felixstowe, Ipswich and Saxmundham.

The stores are part of a move by the company to open 100 new locations in the UK, creating 2,000 jobs.
