Police cordon in place at Ipswich O2 shop in Tavern Street after staff threatened during robbery
A police cordon is in place at a town centre phone shop following a robbery in which three men threatened members of staff.
Officers were called at 1pm today to the O2 store in Tavern Street, Ipswich, after the men attempted to steal items before fleeing the scene.
A Suffolk Police spokesperson said the suspects are currently outstanding and it is not yet clear whether anything was taken.
Forensic officers were spotted at the store at around 5pm.
A cordon has been put in place across the shop's entrance with police standing guard.
