Ipswich: Police seize uninsured car with defective number plate

Police seized a car with a defective number plate in a Suffolk town last night.

Officers stopped the vehicle in Ipswich due to its defective number plate and while conducting checks they also discovered the car was not insured.

According to the Norfolk & Suffolk Roads and Armed Policing Team, the car was then seized.

The driver was reported for both of the offences.
