Suffolk Police urge callers to opt for online reporting as 101 is overrun with calls
Suffolk Police are urging those contacting them via 101 to opt for online reporting following a high volume of calls.
According to police, the Contact and Control Room has been extremely busy with calls this morning, causing some delays in answering.
They are asking callers to instead "save time and do it online" via the online portal.
They are also reminding the public that you can speak to the Live Chat Team on the website.
