Christopher Doyley wanted by Suffolk Police after failing to meet at Ipswich Christopher Doyley




Police have warned people not to approach a prisoner who has not returned after being let out on temporary release.

Christopher Doyley, 50, was due to meet at a rendez-vous point in Ipswich town centre at 4:30pm yesterday but failed to turn up.

Doyley is serving a six year six month sentence in Suffolk's Hollesley for attempted grievous bodily harm, assault and possession of a bladed item in a public place. He has links to south east London.

Officers described him as black, 6ft tall, of medium build, with brown eyes, black hair and clean shaven.

A Suffolk Police spokesman said: "Members of the public should not approach him.

"Anyone who believes they have seen Christopher Doyley or who has any information regarding his whereabouts, should contact Suffolk Police on 101 quoting CAD reference 317 of July 28."
