Suffolk Punch pub on Norwich Road in Ipswich is up for rent




A pub in a busy town road remains boarded up as a hunt for a new landlord gets under way.

According to the Campaign for Real Ale, the historic Suffolk Punch pub in Norwich Road, Ipswich, is a Grade II listed building.

Website Find My Pub is currently advertising for a new tenant for the venue, a large pub which can be found on the outskirts of Ipswich town centre.

On the website the pub is a described as a ‘true community hub’, the annual rent is listed as £8,000 – with an initial ingoing cost to tenants of £6,000.

The Inkerman, a nearby pub in Norwich Road, is also currently shut.
