Suffolk Constabulary on scene near Ipswich Tesco where blood was spotted

Suffolk police have cordoned off an Ipswich street - where it has been locally reported that blood was seen on the pavement.

Officers are present this morning at St Matthew's Street after an incident near Tesco Express, but are yet to confirm details.
