Police shut bridge at junction of Princes Street, Burrell Road and Ranelagh Road in Ipswich as they deal with incident

Police have shut three roads in Ipswich as they deal with an incident.

The junction of Princes Street, Burrell Road and Ranelagh Road is closed at the bridge near The Station pub.

Officers were called to the scene at 11.30am.

A spokesman for Suffolk Police said: “We hope the incident will soon be dealt with.”

The road is still shut as of 2.10pm.
