Award-winning, Ipswich-based flat roofing supplier and manufacturer Bauder Limited has achieved ‘We invest in people’ (WIIP) Platinum in 2024, their third consecutive award following on from 2018 and 2021. They also achieved the ‘We invest in Wellbeing’ Gold award this year, on their first attempt.

In 2018, Bauder(an employer of more than 250 people in the UK and Ireland), became the first in the construction of buildings category to achieve the WIIP platinum award.

They continue to put people at the forefront of their culture whereby Best Team, Best Customer Satisfaction, and Best Sustainability, drive the people philosophy. Utilising the Investors in People framework Bauder benchmarks people practice, to maintain exceptionally high standards and ensure their people remain at the heart of everything.

The WIIP framework is a four-stage performance model with nine performance indicators that enable measurement and benchmarking across key business areas such as leading and inspiring people, living the organisation’s values and behaviours, empowering and involving people, managing performance, recognising and rewarding high performance, structuring work, building capability, delivering continuous improvement and creating sustainable success.
