Fire crews sent to house fire in Huckleberry Crescent, Ipswich




Fire engines were called to a blaze at an Ipswich house this morning.

It was on the ground floor of a two-storey house in Huckleberry Crescent, with Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service called at 8.49am.

Firefighters used breathing equipment and a hose reel jet to extinguish the blaze. Three fire engines were sent to the incident.

The cause of the fire and the extent of damage is not yet known, however noone was injured.

The incident was dealt with by 9.12am.
