Holywells Park in Ipswich reopens after ‘police matter’

A park in a Suffolk town has reopened following a ‘police matter’.

Holywells Park in Cliff Lane, Ipswich, was briefly closed this morning.

The park had been shut by Ipswich Borough Council so officers could attend the incident.

A Suffolk Police spokesperson said there is no cause for concern for the wider community.
