Two men and 17-year-old boy rebailed after St Stephens Lane, Ipswich, stabbing of teenager




Two men and a 17-year-old boy have been rebailed after a teenager was stabbed in a town centre.

The teenager, in his late teens, was left requiring hospital treatment on his leg after was attacked by a group in St Stephens Lane, Ipswich, on September 21.

A 20-year-old man, 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old boy, were arrested on suspicion of assault (grievous bodily harm) on September 25 and taken to Martlesham Police Investigation Centre for questioning in relation to the incident.

Suffolk Police confirmed to SuffolkNews today the trio had been rebailed until December 18.

The attack was believed to have taken place after an altercation.

While the victim’s injuries were described as serious, they were not believed to be life-threatening or changing.
