Grassroots football servants Bob Bullamore, Bob Morrison and Barry Spall, honoured at Suffolk FA awards ceremony in Ipswich




Special awards have been presented to three 50-year servants of grassroots football following their decades of service.

Bob Bullamore, Bob Morrison and Barry Spall, were among those honoured at the Suffolk FA awards ceremony at Venue 16 in Ipswich on Tuesday.

Bullamore, a Level 5 Referee from Ipswich, received the 50-Year Referee Long Service Award.

Morrison, 77, who has been a stalwart at Capel Plough FC for many years, was the recipient of the Bobby Moore Award for the volunteer that represents the best of grassroots football in the county.

There was also a special presentation to Spall to recognise his 50-plus years of service as a Suffolk FA Council member.
