Idris El Mizouni has won the Budweiser Goal of the First Round in the Emirates FA Cup following his stunning strike for Ipswich Town at Oldham Athletic last Tuesday.

The replay at Boundary Park had looked like it was heading for extra-time when the midfielder hit an audacious half-volley in the 81st minute to seal a 2-1 win.

It saw the Suffolk side progress to a home tie with another Sky Bet League Two outfit on December 4, in Barrow (3pm).

Four strikes were selected for the award, with supporters then voting for their favourite from those chosen.

El Mizouni's was the clear winner with an impressive 48.4 per cent of the vote, with Aaron Collins of Bristol Rovers finishing second on 30.7 per cent.

The young Town midfielder was also named in the Emirates FA Cup Team of the First Round for his performance in the replay up in Greater Manchester.
