Former Ipswich Town youngster Kian Ronan makes first appearance for Gibraltar in UEFA Nations League
Former Ipswich Town trainee Kian Ronan made his senior international debut for Gibraltar on Saturday.
The 19-year-old, who had a spell on loan at Mildenhall Town a couple of seasons ago, was released by the Tractor Boys in 2019.
He has since gone on to play for Manchester 62 and Lincoln Red Imps in the Gibraltar National League, where his performances have caught the eye of senior head coach Julio César Ribas.
And he went on to play a role in the weekend's 1-0 victory over San Marino in the UEFA Nations League, coming on as an 83rd-minute substitute for Blackburn Rovers youngster Louie Annesley.
Ronan has already represented Gibraltar on several occasions at age-group level, including making six appearances for the Under-21 side.
