Ipswich Town forward Ben Folami scores twice in Melbourne Victory's high-scoring win against Western Sydney Wanderers

Ben Folami, who will leave Ipswich Town in the summer, found the back of the net twice in Melbourne Victory's 5-4 win over Western Sydney Wanderers earlier today.

Earlier this month Town announced that the 21-year-old, who joined Victory on loan in October 2020, was among a batch of players who would not have their contracts renewed at the end of the campaign.

The Australia Under-23 international was in positive form this afternoon though, scoring his first two A-League goals in their high-scoring victory at AAMI Park.

The game also saw a couple of ex-Norwich City players get their names on the scoresheet – Jacob Butterfield (Victory) and Graham Dorrans (Wanderers).

The three points have moved Victory off the bottom of the table, while Wanderers are sixth.
