Ipswich Town: New priority tickets system introduced for Norwich City derby clash
Ipswich Town have introduced a new priority tickets system for its Sky Bet Championship derby clash with Norwich City next month.
The fixture at Portman Road on Saturday, December 16, which has been selected for Sky Sports coverage, will see tickets be available from 10am on Monday, November 27.
For the game, the club has added a sales restriction during the first priority window.
All Super Blues Members, who are not season ticket holders, will need to have purchased at least three home league match tickets from the start of last season (2022/23), up to and including the Swansea City fixture earlier this month.
Supporters who are ineligible will receive an error message once tickets are in the basket saying ‘tickets are limited to 0’.
Hospitality tickets for the game with Norwich have already sold out.
Monday, November 27, at 10am - 23/24 members who are non-season ticket holders and meet the sales criteria.
Wednesday, November 29, at 10am - 23/24 members with a 23/24 season ticket.
Friday, December 1, at 10am - 23/24 season ticket holders.
General sale dates will be announced in due course and are subject to availability.
All priority sale dates, prior to general sale, are limited to one ticket per 23/24 membership/season ticket.
Supporters should note, all tickets will be registered to the account of the member/season ticket holder who purchased, meaning they take responsibility for those ultimately using the seats.
Sales will cease at 6am on the day the priority changes before sales resume at 10am for the next level of priority. The sales window for all priority levels will cease at 6am on Monday, December 4.
Tickets will be available to purchase as normal online at tickets.itfc.co.uk or in Planet Blue.
Mobile scan/print at home tickets will be available for supporters, with the 'post' fulfilment method until Tuesday, December 12, at 2pm.
