Ipswich Town to face League One side Bristol Rovers at Portman Road in FA Cup third round
Ipswich Town are set to face League One side Bristol Rovers at Portman Road in the third round of the FA Cup.
The two sides last met in the Carabao Cup in August last year, as the Blues secured a 2-0 win over the Privates with Jack Taylor and Sone Aluko grabbing the goals.
Bristol, who beat Barnsley to reach the third round, currently sit 14th in League One with 21 points from their opening 17 games.
The tie will be played over the weekend of Saturday, 11 January.
There will be no replay if the scores are level, with the clash going to extra time and penalties if level after 90 minutes.
Last season, Town were knocked out of the FA Cup by National League South side Maidstone United at Portman Road in the fourth round.
In the rest of the competition, Manchester United were drawn to record 14-time winners Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium.
Premier League leaders Liverpool will host League Two Accrington Stanley, while Manchester City welcome 'Class of 92'-owned Salford City.
Norwich City will be facing Brighton & Hove Albion at Carrow Road.
The Canaries currently sit ninth in the Championship while the Seagulls are placed fourth in the Premier League.
