Ipswich Town reportedly casting an eye over Scunthorpe United winger Alex Gilliead
Ipswich Town are reportedly monitoring Alex Gilliead's situation at Scunthorpe United.
The winger has been a regular for the Iron this season, chalking up one goal and four assists from his 35 appearances.
However, his contract with the League Two club is due to expire in the summer, when he will become a free agent if not extension can be agreed.
And according to Football League World, the 25-year-old is on Town manager Paul Cook's radar.
The report adds that Ipswich could face competition from fellow League One outfit Blackpool for Gilliead's signature.
