East Anglian Air Ambulance lands at Martlesham Heath Aldi to attend emergency

An air ambulance has been spotted in Martlesham Heath.
An eyewitness said the vehicle landed at the Aldi, in Gloster Road, shortly before midday.
The East Anglian Air Ambulance has confirmed its presence in the area.
A spokeswoman for the charity said a unit was sent to Martlesham Heath for an emergency, but was unable to provide details at this time.
The East of England Ambulance Service has also been approached for details.
Police are not present at the scene, a spokesman for Suffolk Police said.
The reason the air ambulance landed has been revealed.
The helicopter left the scene about 2pm, the eyewitness said.
