Kesgrave 17-year-old Makenna Williams took her own life with lethal mixture of prescription drugs, Suffolk Coroner's Court hears

A Suffolk teenager took her own life with a lethal mix of prescription drugs, a coroner has recorded.

Makenna Williams, 17 of Kesgrave, was found dead at a property in Wards View in the town on June 29, 2022.

During an inquest at Suffolk Coroner's Court today, Coroner Nigel Parsley ruled the death was a suicide.

Mr Parsley said post-mortem examinations and toxicology reports found Makenna had taken a toxic mixture of prescription drugs.

He said notes were found with her body which indicated this was a deliberate act.

Suffolk Coroner's Court recorded a conclusion of suicide.
