Suffolk Police ask constructions site companies and workers to be vigilant after burglaries in Lakenheath and Red Lodge near Mildenhall
Members of the public and construction site companies and workers have been urged to remain vigilant after a spate of burglaries in two villages in West Suffolk.
Intruders gained entry to a building site in Eriswell Road, Lakenheath, sometime between 12.30pm on August 24 and 6am on August 27.
The site office and containers were broken into and tools were stolen.
Another incident was in Manor Wood, Red Lodge, sometime between 1am on August 26 and 7.21am on August 27.
Intruders switched off a generator, cutting off the CCTV. They forced open containers and an office.
Keys, tools, a generator, surveying equipment and specialist tools were stolen.
In Thistle Way, Red Lodge, a further incident was sometime between 1am on August 26 and 7.21am on August 27, as intruders switched off a generator, cutting off the CCTV.
A container and office were forced open and property and keys were also stolen.
