Coronavirus: Suffolk urged to Clap for our Carers and show support for NHS staff
People in Suffolk are being encouraged to join in with a national campaign aimed at showing appreciation for NHS staff across the country.
From 8pm on Thursday March 26 the Clap for our Carers campaign is asking for as many people as possible to put their hands together in a round of applause from the comfort of their homes.
People can clap from their gardens, living rooms, front door steps and balconies to show their support for frontline NHS staff working hard during the coronavirus outbreak.
Mutual Aid Groups set up across the county have been sharing the initiative on social media.
Spain, France and the Netherlands have already taken part.
If your neighbourhood will be joining in, send in your videos and pictures to us via Facebook messenger.
