A12 southbound at Kessingland, near Lowestoft, to remain shut overnight after lorry carrying gravel overturns




A key road will remain closed overnight after a lorry carrying gravel overturned.

The A12 has been blocked southbound at Kessingland, near Lowestoft, following the incident at 8.25am at the roundabout near the Hollies Camping and Leisure Resort.

The lorry was carrying a large load of gravel.

A police spokesperson said the lorry had been recovered but damage to the road surface had to be repaired.
