Lowestoft man Tony Kirk jailed for burglary in St Peter’s Street after stealing items including wallet and alcohol




A 45-year-old man who burgled a home in a Suffolk town has been jailed.

Tony Kirk, of High Street, Lowestoft, entered a house in St Peter’s Street in January while it was empty and stole camera equipment along with other items, including a wallet and alcohol.

Kirk admitted the offence when he appeared before Ipswich Crown Court and was sentenced on October 24.

He received an 18-month jail term for the burglary and an additional two months, to run consecutively, for supplying amphetamine.
