Man alleged to have committed indecent act in Love Lane, Lowestoft

A man is alleged to have exposed himself and committed an indecent act in Lowestoft.

Police are appealing for witnesses to the incident, which took place at around 9.55am on Tuesday, February 21, in Love Lane.

A woman saw the offender indecently expose himself, before he conducted an indecent act.

The man then fled the scene on his bicycle.

He was described as a white man, aged in his late teens, of a slim build, five foot, 11 inches in height and had light blonde/brown hair.

At the time of the incident, he was wearing a light-coloured jumper, dark trousers and had a black backpack.
