Lowestoft man found guilty of drug driving given ban and ordered to pay £510




A 37-year-old Suffolk man has been banned from driving and has been ordered to pay a total of over £500 after he was found guilty of drug driving.

Stuart McCreadie, of Castleton Close in Lowestoft, pleaded guilty to a drug driving offence after a road traffic collision that happened in the town on October 10, 2022.

He has been fined £225, ordered to pay £105 in costs and a £180 victim surchage.

McCreadie has also been banned from driving for 18 months.
