Man in CCTV images sought after alcohol stolen from Lowestoft Premier shop on Suffolk Road on two occasions

Police want to speak to a man after alcohol was stolen from the same Lowestoft shop on two occasions last month.

Officers have shared CCTV images of a man they want to speak to in connection with the thefts.

The first incident happened on Saturday, April 17 at the Premier convenience store in Suffolk Road.

A man entered the shop and asked the cashier for two bottles of spirits.

When they were placed on the counter, the man left without paying.

On Saturday, April 24, a man entered the same shop and left without paying for a case of 10 cans of lager.

Officers want to speak to the man pictured in the CCTV images about the incidents as they believe he may be able to help with the investigation.

Anyone who recognises the man or who has information, is asked to contact Suffolk Police on 101, quoting crime reference 37/19245/21.
