Police seek witnesses to crash on Lowestoft's Tom Crisp Way involving Jaguar XE which left pedestrian with serious injuries
A man was taken to hospital with serious injuries after being hit by a car in Lowestoft on Saturday.
Emergency services were called to Tom Crisp Way just after 8.35pm to reports of a crash involving a Jaguar XE and a pedestrian.
An air ambulance took the pedestrian, a man in his 50s, to Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge.
A police spokeswoman said the man remains in hospital in a critical but stable condition.
Parts of Tom Crisp Way, Long Road and Kirkley Run were closed while officers investigated the circumstances.
Police are now appealing for anyone who saw the crash to contact them, as well as anyone who was driving in the area prior to the collision who has dashcam footage.
