Residents of house on Lowestoft's Moyes Road 'distressed' after container believed to have petrol inside left outside home

A plastic container believed to have petrol in it was left outside a house in Lowestoft.

Police are appealing for information after the incident on Moyes Road earlier this month, which left residents of the house 'distressed'.

Officers said a blue plastic container, thought to be holding petrol, was left outside the property some time between 7pm on Thursday, April 1 and 7.15am on Friday, April 2.

Anyone with information or who saw anyone behaving suspiciously in the area is asked to contact Lowestoft Police on 101 quoting reference 37/16321/21.
