Cruiser stolen from Broadview Road, Oulton Broad, located and returned to owners

A stolen cruiser has been returned to its owners after being stolen from its moorings.

The black and white Bayliner vessel, named Francesca, was stolen from Broadview Road, Oulton Broad, in Lowestoft, during the early hours of Monday, September 9.

Following a witness appeal, a police officer spotted the cruiser on an industrial estate in the town on Tuesday after seeing photos of the boat on social media.

Inquiries into the theft are ongoing and Suffolk Police is continuing to appeal for any witnesses to the crime to come forward.
