A Suffolk zoo is celebrating the arrival of a male fossa, which has been transported to the UK.
Taro was born in 2021 and has arrived safely at Africa Alive in Lowestoft from Germany.
Keepers have described Taro as curious and excitable, and said he is taking everything in his stride in his new environment.
Fossas live in the forests and woodland savannahs of Madagascar. They are classed as vulnerable on the IUCN red list.
