Teenager left with bruising after reported assault in Gordon Road, Lowestoft




A teenage boy suffered bruising after reportedly being grabbed by the throat and punched in the face by a man believed to be in his 20s.

The assault was in Gordon Road, Lowestoft, between 9.15am and 9.25am yesterday.

Following a brief exchange, the teenager was reportedly approached by the man in his 20s, who grabbed him by the throat, pushed him to the ground and punched him in the face.

The man then walked off towards the town, leaving the boy with bruising.

The suspect is described as a white man, of slim build, about 5ft 8ins in height, of tanned complexion, long hair and wearing all black; black tracksuit bottoms and a puffy black coat with fur on the hood.
