Three arrested after police attend Gulf garage in Lowestoft following reports of suspected stolen car




Three people have been arrested after police descended on a Lowestoft petrol station yesterday.

Suffolk Police were called to the Gulf garage in Yarmouth Road at 3.20pm following reports of a suspected stolen car.

A man, aged in his 20s, was arrested on suspicion of robbery, false imprisonment and possession of a controlled drug.

A man, aged in his 40s, and a woman, aged in her 30s, were also arrested on suspicion of robbery and possession of a controlled drug.

All three were taken to Great Yarmouth Police Investigation Centre for questioning.
