Emergency services called to A11 northbound at Fiveways roundabout, near Mildenhall, where vehicle has overturned

Emergency services have been called to a major road after a vehicle overturned.

Police and the fire service were notified of the incident on the A11 northbound at the Fiveways roundabouts, near Mildenhall, at around 8.10am.

Three engines were dispatched to the scene, with crews quickly extinguishing a small fire.

A male and a female were passed to the care of the ambulance service having sustained some injuries which are not believed to be life threatening, a police spokesperson said.
