A Greggs food-to-go pod could be built at a petrol station in Mildenhall and create 10 jobs.
Motor Fuel Limited has submitted plans to West Suffolk Council for a bakery building at Field Road Service Station.
The proposal also includes three new enclosed jet washes and six parking bays.
Plans show a Greggs would occupy the food-to-go pod.
A planning statement said the facility could generate 10 jobs with five full-time and five part-time.
It would operate 24 hours, seven days a week.
The statement said the facility would provide an enhanced experience for motorists, while offering benefits to residents and workers in the wider area.
