Red Lodge man admits multiple charges after trying to bite police officers following collision in Worlington near Mildenhall
A 19-year-old man has admitted multiple charges after trying to bite police officers following a collision in a Suffolk village.
Bernard Cleary, of Red Lodge, was arrested and charged with assaulting an officer following a collision with a wall in The Street, Worlington, near Mildenhall, on Friday at 8.38pm.
Cleary appeared before Suffolk Magistrates’ Court and pleaded guilty to a number of charges.
For failing to provide a specimen, he was banned from driving for 2 years, fined £200, costs £85 and victim surcharge of £160.
He was also ordered to pay £50 compensation for assaulting a police officer.
For driving without insurance, he was fined £200 and received endorsement and for driving a vehicle otherwise than in accordance with a licence he received an endorsement.
