Barton Mills McDonald’s restaurant by Fiveways Roundabout, outside Mildenhall, to reopen in March after shutting for refurbishment




A McDonald’s restaurant at a busy roundabout in Suffolk will reopen in March after shutting its doors to undergo refurbishment work.

The fast-food premises at Fiveways Roundabout in Barton Mills, outside Mildenhall, closed at 7pm on Sunday.

The restaurant is expected to reopen in March but an opening date has not yet been confirmed.

A spokesperson for McDonald's said: "Our Barton Mills restaurant has closed to undergo refurbishment work as part of our convenience of the future programme, to improve the experience of both customers and the restaurant team.

"We look forward to welcoming our customers back to the new restaurant in March.”

McDonald’s was recently granted permission by West Suffolk Council to make alterations to its Barton Mills outlet.

The American firm has planned for a new hatch, alterations to its outdoor seating area and more.
