Mildenhall dog photographer, Nigel Wallace, shares pictures of these pooches in their festive best while raising money for good cause
These dogs are hoping to have made Santa’s good list this year as they don their festive best.
Nigel Wallace, a Mildenhall-based dog photographer, has once again brought back the Christmas cheer with his annual festive photoshoot.
One hundred pups showed off their best side while money was raised for a good cause.
The award-winning photographer has shared some of his work with SuffolkNews, hoping to bring smiles to people’s faces.
He said: “It was a bit of fun to raise some extra funding for charities that need it, and people love seeing the photos, which is great.”
Nigel has been running the Christmas-themed shots for five years, raising £600 this year for Whippets Rescue, Last Chance and Dog Trust.
This year, dog owners also had the opportunity to have their four-legged friends photographed for Halloween, Valentine’s Day, and while catching treats.
The 57-year-old added: “It’s nice to give back. We did four themed photoshoots this year and raised about £1,200 for good causes.
“It’s both great fun for the dogs and their owners, who not only have a nice memory but a great picture for Christmas cards.”
The sessions cost £20 for 30 minutes.
Nigel is an award-winning photographer, specialising in ‘on-location’ shoots for dogs.
He is a former Olympic rifle shooter who moved into dog photography in 2018.
Nigel competed in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona and won gold at the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Malaysia.
