Seven Aspal Hall Road, Beck Row, near Mildenhall, homes could be replaced and two more added under new plans

Seven homes in a village could be replaced and two more added under new plans.

Jacob Reich, Ganville Estates Limited, has applied to West Suffolk Council for the nine-property development off Aspal Hall Road, in Beck Row, near Mildenhall.

The homes – three two-bedroom houses and six three-bedroom properties, would be of varying sizes and scales to meet the demands of the site.

While the site would retain the exisiting access off Aspal Hall Road, the new plots at the back would need a new entrance point.

All the proposed homes would have off street parking, with 18 spaces proposed in total.

The site is just off the A1101, near to the airbase and around two miles from Mildenhall town centre.

The homes would all be market housing.
