Rocca Café & Lounge, in King Street, Mildenhall, applies for alcohol licence
A town café has applied for an alcohol licence.
Rocca Café & Lounge, in King Street, Mildenhall, has lodged a premises licence application with West Suffolk Council.
It is proposed the venue would be able to supply alcohol to be consumed both on and off the premises.
This would be from 10am to 10.30pm Monday to Sunday, while the opening hours would be 8am to 11pm.
The application described Rocca Café & Lounge as a small, family-owned café with seating for about 40 people inside as well as 20 on a small terrace at the front.
It also asked for a seasonal variation for New Year’s Eve to extend the hours to 1am.
The designated supervisor would be Surku Yilmaz.
The application said it wanted the licence to start as soon as possible.
