A spokesperson for Anglian Water said: “We are sorry for any traffic on the high street in Tuddenham today.

“We have needed to close the road to enable our teams to reinstate the road following a complex repair to a leak last week.

“Our teams on site will be working to complete the job and plan to reopen the road by the end of this week.

“We’re grateful to customers and road users for their patience while we carry out this essential work.”
