RAF Mildenhall warns of disruption on A1101 and surrounding roads

The public has been warned to expect disruption ahead of a three-day exercise taking place at RAF Mildenhall.

Training exercises and scenarios, which will include instructions from speakers, will be taking place on the base between today and Wednesday.

A spokesperson for RAF Mildenhall said there could be delays near to the airbase.

They also advised that roads could be blocked, as well noise disruption and security measures are set to increase.

In a post on Twitter, Mildenhall Police said delays on the roads around the base should be expected.
